"Paradise"
This is a scene from California's "Gold Country", near Murphys in Calaveras County.

The cold, clear water of Angels Creek between the towns of Murphys and Angels Creek flows year around to provide water for wildlife which is abundant in the rugged terrain of the Sierra Foothills.

Craig and Julie Morton will be exhibiting in Murphys Gold Rush Street Faire on October 1, 2005. This is held during their annual "Grape Stomp".

Murphys has become home to several boutique winemakers who use locally grown grapes to make a wide variety of excellent wines.
