MNM Art Studio is a general partnership between Julie and Craig Morton, Morton & Morton, doing business as MNM Art Studio (a registered fictitious business name) in Los Angels County California, The Studio is registered in the City of Agoura Hills, CA and maintains a valid resale license in the State of California.

The Studio warrants that its products are as represented and meet the specifications current when produced. Further, the Studio warrants that its work is original and does not infringe upon the copyrights of others.

MNM Art Studio's maximum liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the work in question or a refund of the original purchase price, whichever is lower.
